登普高级聚炭酸脂片的生产商, Dan Pal公司对其生产之产品给予用户10年有效保证, 但必须经由认可之地区代理或分销商直接购买才能获得上述保证. 有效日期由购买日起开始计算, 产品必须为清洁及未有受损或刮花之情况.
保证范围:
1) 透光度 - 根据ASTM-E-1175作为量度标准, 产品的透光度减低率在10年内不会多于其本
身原有值的佰份之六(6%).
2) 颜 色 - 根据ASTM D2244-89及E308-85作为量度标准, 产品的颜色度变率Delta E在10
年内不可多于其本身原有值的佰份之十个单位.
3) 爆 裂 - 根据ASTM E-822-81的标准测试, 产品在直径20mm的冰雹球以每秒21米之速度
冲击下, 其表面及结构并没有任何损毁.
板材爆裂之赔偿责任:
- 袛适用于在正常气侯下及正常使用的情况.
- 在购买日期起计第一年至第五年内, 赔偿受损毁的产品之全数.
- 在购买日期起计第六年至第七年内, 赔偿受损毁的产品之60%.
- 在购买日期起计第八年至第十年内, 赔偿受损毁的产品之30%.
上述赔偿责任并不包括因故意或不小心而令产品受损毁.
条款
1) 厂方袛负责赔偿受损毁之产品及配件，或退回受损毁之产品及配件的货价(以买方购买该批产品之购入价为准) 。赔偿方法由厂方决定，而最高之赔偿额则不会高于买方之购买价．
2) 产品必须根据厂方所提供之方法安装及保养，另买方有责任让厂方、地区代理或分销商之工程人员视察所有受损的产品，才能得到保证．
3) 厂家所提供之10年有效保证并不包括因刮损，磨损或化学物品对产品所造成之损坏．
4) 买方必须保存所有由地区代理或分销商所发出之有关发票及正本收据，以便厂方查阅．
5) 经加工产品(例如热弯等)并不在保证范围内，除非加工前已得到厂方书面授权则属例外．
6) 每次的索偿要求必须在保证期内以书面向厂方、地区代理或分销商提出．如买方发现产品受损，应立即通知地区代理或分销商派员视察，以便向厂方提供有关报告．厂方会审查导致产品受损毁的因素，而决定是否作出赔偿(赔偿方法请参阅上文的赔偿责任部份) ，另厂方有权向买方索取受损的产品进行测试．如厂方已向买方作出有关赔偿，便有权向买方索回已赔偿的受损产品，如买方没有特别原因或理由，则必须将有关产品交回给厂方．
免责条款
登普聚炭酸脂片及其配件的保证并不包括下列情况：
1) 因恶意破坏、火灾、天灾或战争而令产品损毁．
2) 因不适当的运输、储存、安装及缺乏保养令产品损毁．
DANPALON PANEL
A GRADE POLYCARBONATE PRODUCT
LIMITED (10 YEARS) WARRANTY
(for 4mm, 8mm, 10mm and 16mm panel)
“DANPALON” Polycarbonate panels are guaranteed, by its manufacturer, Dan Pal to the original end user, subject to the conditions stated below, for a period of 10 (ten) years from the original date of purchase. The ten years warranty relates to the following properties and applies only to clean and scratch-free panels:
1. Light Transmission : the light transmission measured in accordance with ASTM-E-1175 shall decrease by no more than 6% (six percent) after ten years in comparison with the original value.
2. Color : the color measured in accordance with ASTM D2244-89, E308-85 (AIR) shall change by no more than 10 (ten) units Delta E after 10 years in comparison with the original value.
3. Breakage : Panels are guaranteed, subject to the conditions below, that no breakage shall occur due to the direct effect of weather conditions and impact due to hail. Pertaining to this warranty, impact refers to a hail test simulation as per ASTM E-822-81 that in the practice of this test no penetration of hail stones will occur through the surface of the panel for hail stones smaller than 20mm in diameter that hit the surface at final velocities of up to 21 meter per second.
Limited Liabilities
Compensation for breakage according to this warranty shall be as follows:
- For breakage occurring in the first 5 years period from purchase date - full compensation.
- For breakage occurring during the sixth and seventh years from purchase date - 60% compensation.
- For breakage occurring during the eighth to tenth years from the purchase date - 30% compensation.
This warranty does not cover impact failure caused by other intentional or non intentional means.
Conditions
1. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only. Dan Pal’s sole obligation, whether in contract, in tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to replacing the panels or refunding the original purchase price at Dan Dal’s discretion. Dan Pal shall not be liable for consequential, incidental, or special damages. Under no circumstances shall Dan Pal be liable for any amount greater than the purchase price of the panels.
2. The warranty applies only to Legend panels fabricated, installed and cleaned according to Dan Pal’s recommendations.
3. This limited warranty does not apply to Danpalon products that have scratched, abraded or exposed to harmful (cirrisuve) chemical influences.
4. The warranty period commences on the date of sale by the dealer. Please retain official receipt and invoice as proof of purchase for any warranty claims.
5. This warranty specifically excludes Danpalon panels that have been formed or molded by vacuum or heating methods, unless done according to Dan Pal’s instructions and by a fabricator authorized in writing.
6. Every warranty claim must be submitted in writing to Dan Pal or their accredited agent within the warranty period and immediately after occurrence of the defect, enclosing the official receipt and invoice. The claimant must certify that the conditions above have been fulfilled and must allow inspection at the installation. If a warranty claim is deemed justified and is filed within the warranty period, Dan Pal shall provide free Danpalon replacement panels. All inspections shall be done at Dan Pal’s laboratories at its expense and the end user will provide Dan Pal with samples upon request. Dan Pal may opt to refund the original panel purchase price. The damaged Danpalon panel must be returned to Dan Pal.
Expections of this warranty are :
1) Failure or damage resulting from vandalism, fire or natural disasters, disregard of storage or installations, general negligence while working with or transporting panels, installations or structures not conforming to recognized standard or construction, loss or light transition caused by accumulation of dirt of lack of maintenance.
2) The warranty stated in this publication are in lieu of all warranties (expect of title) written or oral, statutory, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for purposes.
